First and foremost, our office is dedicated to giving our patients great dental care in an  informative, friendly atmosphere.  We believe every patient deserves this level of treatment.  Our  office is proud to display that this  dedication is recognized by many of  our patients in voluntary reviews of  our care  The doctors and staff pride  themselves on explaining treatment  so both adult patients and parents of  pediatric patients understand “why”  procedures are accomplished, as well  as, all the treatment options.  You will  never be “left in the dark” about you or  your children’s dental care.    In addition, we believe in utilizing the highest quality, most well-researched materials and  techniques; not just the most advertised product that has not been proven for long term success.   This is important because it protects our patients and provides the most long-lasting dentistry as  possible.

Our Philosophy 
Insurance Policies 
Payment Options and Policies 
We understand that finding a dentist involves more than just a great dentist and staff.   Insurance and finances can play a major role in the decision, too.  At Taylor Dentistry, we work  hard to make the process as easy as possible so you can have the best dental care possible.  We  accept several PPO plans, most all dental insurances, and Nebraska Medicaid.  For your  convenience we accept payment by VISA and Mastercard.  We also have no interest financing  through CareCredit.  In addition, if you have insurance, we will help you determine an estimate of your coverage  for any treatment needed.  As a courtesy, we also will file the treatment claim to your dental  insurance company on your behalf.  However, it is important to understand the insurance company,  is, ultimately, the responsibility of the patient.  Any unpaid claims become the patient’s  responsibility.  In the event, you believe the insurance incorrectly denied your claim we will help by  providing you with the  information needed to dispute the claim.  In our experience, many times  insurance companies are more responsive to the insurance paying customer (you and/or your  company) and not the dental office.  If you have any specific questions about your insurance coverage, please contact your  insurance company.                                                                                                                              
Dental Emergencies
In effort to keep dental fees down while maintaining the highest level of dental care, we have  these financial policies:  Patients’ portion of payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, VISA, and Mastercard No interest financing available through CareCredit.  Please call us for more information and/or visit the CareCredit website. Cash payment for entire treatment plans will be eligible for a discount.,  Please contact us for more information. As a convenience, we will file insurance claims on your behalf.  Please see below for further insurance policy information.
Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Front Desk staff only)  Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dental emergencies can happen at any time and we are always available for our patients.  If  you or your child is a current patient and has a dental emergency after regular hours, please call  our office and listen to the message for one of our after hour phone numbers.  If your call to the  emergency number is not answered, please leave a message, and your call will be returned ASAP.                                          For emergencies during normal business hours, please phone our office and we will make  sure your dental emergency is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.                                            
Weather Cancellation Policy 
Safety for our patients and staff is very important.  In the case of inclement weather that  requires us to close, we will phone each scheduled patient for that day individually.  Typically, the  decision to close is made in the morning of the day in question.  Decision to close is not based on  any particular school district’s announcement.  For the quickest notification, please follow us on, where the announcement will be posted immediately.
